A. Most everything is made when you order, so you should expect about a two week turn around time. The exception would if you ordered a "close out" item or a "quick shop" item - those items are already made and will ship within a couple of days.

Q. Do the herbs smell?

A. Unfortunately, no. I wish they did but they are sealed under a layer of clear resin so no yummy smells.

Q. I love the pale pink color but I do NOT need poppy seeds for fertility. Can you put a different herb in the pale pink?

A. Yes! I can do any herb in any color. Just let me know what you'd like.

Q. I need a gift, can you ship directly to the recipient? Do you gift wrap?

A. Yes! I love sending gifts. I will package it up real cute and include a card. You just need to let me know that it's a gift so that I don't include the receipt and let me know what you want the card to say. You can put that info in the "notes" section when you are placing your order.

Q. I need a gift ASAP! Can you rush an order?

A. I can usually get something out pretty quickly if you order something I have in stock. So, just e-mail with an idea of what you'd like and I can let you know some options, you pick one, and I'll send you an invoice and get your gift in the mail.
If you need something sent second day or over night I can do that for an extra fee.

Q. Can I order a specific word or name on the silver discs?

A. Yes! Just put that info in the notes when you are placing your order. There is no extra charge for custom words or names.

Q. Could you include my child's or dog's hair in a resin charm, necklace, or ring?

A. Yes! I do this all the time. You just need to mail me the lock of hair and let me know what color you'd like, if you want an herb, etc. I have also made memorial pieces for pet owners. If you have a lock of hair or ashes you can send that to me and we can make something really special for you to carry with you to remember your pet.

Q. Do you do half sizes in rings?

A. Yes! Just let me know what size you need.

Q. Was that your ring on that chick from The Real World - Austin?

A. Yes! A local shop hooked the cast up for some promo shots, so the big irregular ring got a moment in the spotlight.

Q. Not that it would ever happen, but what about returns?

A. Please contact Metalsgirl if you have any questions about your order.  You will need a return code in order to send anything back.
Custom orders cannot be returned (items with names, dates, etc. or items with custom herb/color combinations).

Q. Do you ship via UPS, USPS, or Fedex?

A. I ship via the USPS and use priority mail and insure every package within the US. If you need an item sooner I can ship second day or over night for an extra fee. Just let me know and I can send you an invoice for the extra postage.
