Why would pets want to wear art? - I've always loaded down my dogs' collars with tons of little tags and charms. Everything from bells to dog walk medals, the collar is the only place for my pets to express themselves, other than with barks and purrs. Every one of my 12 dogs (not a typo) has a unique personality, and each of their collars is the place for them to show it off.
